Our Process

01. Free Design & Quotation

Our quotation and design process is completely free with no obligation. One of our sales consultants can visit your property or work from drawings if you have them. A written quotation will be produced long with any conceptual CAD drawings. We pride ourselves on our quotation service which is most definitely not hard sell.

02. Order & On Site Survey

Once you have signed your order and the deposit is paid, one of our experienced surveyors will perform a technical survey at your property and take detailed measurements ready for production and confirm any final options choices with you.

03. Production

We take the technical survey and manufacture your products tailored specifically for your home including all the options you have chosen. When your products arrive at our warehouse we check the quality and completeness and when we have, we will be ready for installation.

04. Installation

You will receive a call followed by a letter confirming the mutually agreed installation date. One of our installation teams dedicated to installing your specific products will remove your old products and install your new ones with their skill and expertise. They will take your old products away for recycling or disposal.

05. Final Payment & Documentation

Once you have paid for your installation, you will be issued with your warranties and any other documentation required eg electrical and building regulations certificates. If a Fensa certificate is required, this will come directly by post from Fensa about 6 weeks after your installation is completed.

06. Aftercare

Should you require any assistance with your installation, our customer service team will be able to assist and rectify any issues you may have. You have a 10 year warranty during which time a simple call is all it takes to get the help you need.
